The latest generation of RCM relays offer true RMS measurement over a wide frequency bandwidth to ensure accuracy in even the most complex waveforms. Our new RCMS multi-channel systems (12 channels AC or DC or mixed) also offer alarm frequency bandwidth selection, integral leakage bar-chart and harmonics display. The RCMS system may be networked via a Bender Web server on to a LAN system, to enable alarms to be e-mailed direct to the FM desk. This system also allows the FM dept to read and trend log leakage readings from multi-circuits with an installation, from their desk and without special software, for maintenance planning.

Bender have now complemented their existing wide range of voltage/current/frequency and phase sequence relays with a new range of digital true rms measurement devices. The digital relays offer many features including auto-set of alarm and dual alarm relays, which may be set for high and low, or high and high high or low and low low. Shortly these will also be available with analogue outputs or Bender web server connectivity thus extended the usage of these relays to enable them to become part of process control applications.
