Bender UK supplies electrical safety and surgical equipment to NHS Trusts and private hospitals. Over 500 Hospitals in the UK and the Republic of Ireland have Bender technology installed, with the service team delivering annual preventative maintenance, repair and 24/7 emergency call-out.
Service coordinators are responsible for coordinating and implementing hospital service contracts, organising scheduled maintenance visits and the deployment of Bender engineers to site.
The role involves dialogue with customers, hospitals, suppliers and facilities management companies, alongside constant communication with colleagues and engineers, therefore strong communication, negotiation and team working skills are essential.
The roles involve preparing client documentation, generating quotations, order processing, compiling reports, responding to customer calls and arranging shipments.
The ideal candidates will have excellent administrative and organisational skills with a good attention to detail and be able to prioritise workload. Computer literacy is essential as the positions involve using Salesforce CRM and Microsoft office.
Office based working hours 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am - 2pm Friday (with some flexible working arrangements). Occasional travel to meet clients may be required.
Remuneration includes a competitive salary, private health, contributory pension plus additional bonus entitlements. A laptop will be provided.
