Finance Officer Vacancy
The purpose of this role is to support our finance function with accurate and timely processing of transactions.
Responsibilities & accountabilities
- Entering bank transactions into finance systems.
- Entering customer and supplier invoices.
- Resolving supplier / customer invoice queries.
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Entering credit card transactions, validating receipts and evidence.
- Entering stock transactions and assisting with stock checks.
- Support the business with analysis and data collation tasks for budget setting, forecasting and management accounting process.
Knowledge & Experience
Similar experience preferred with a willingness to study towards AAT L3 as your career progresses.
HR Administrator Vacancy
The purpose of this role is to support our HR function and to ensure employee records are kept compliant, up-to-date, and to assist in the effective handling and processing of employee data.
Responsibilities & accountabilities
- Supporting the HR department.
- Maintaining accurate employee records.
- Ensuring legal & GDPR compliance.
- Filing and organising employee contracts, records, and personal information.
- Creating statistical reports.
- Assisting payroll with data entry, analysis and employee overtime and expense claims
- First point of contact for employees with regards to personal data.
Knowledge & Experience
Previous experience with record keeping and data management is preferred and a willingness to undertake professional training and qualifications as you career progresses. Previous knowledge of GDPR would be an advantage.
The Roles
Full time, 37.5 hours 8am to 4.30pm Mon- Thursday, 8:30 – 2pm Friday. We operate a hybrid working pattern with at least two days in the office-based working at Low Mill Business Park, Ulverston, reporting into our Finance, HR, and Systems Department.
